Kristyna is a Czech-born, Ireland/UK-based actor and writer with a strong foundation in musical theatre and screen performance.

Drawn to psychological nuance and complex human relationships, Kristyna explores these themes both on screen and through her writing.

She trained at the International College of Musical Theatre and has been working professionally since graduating in May 2022. After relocating to Dublin, she shifted her focus to screen acting and further honed her craft at Bow Street Academy.

Living in Ireland sparked her passion for storytelling. Under the mentorship of
LA-based writer Cody Smart, Kristyna began writing for screen. Her work explores trauma—both its internal and external effects—mental health, identity and intimacy, all approached through a raw lens.

As part of her writing and acting process, Kristyna also composes original music from her characters’ perspectives, using it to tap into their emotional landscape and shape the tone of her stories.
